A controversial report has warned that the Breast Cancer Screening Program does not save women’s lives.

Since the NHS’ Breast Cancer Screening Programme was launched in 1988, all women aged 50 to 69 have been invited to attend a mammogram at their local hospital every three years to check for tumours.
