Vitamins necessary for weight reduction!
Weight reduction is the first thing prescribed by doctors and medical experts to people now days as it forms the root cause of most ailments now a days. The biggest issue arises when people are not able to draw enough time from their hectic schedules and develop a consistent regime which helps them reduce weight. So for all those who cannot find adequate time for their work-outs, there is another option of taking certain vitamins and supplements which will help them reduce as much weight they would otherwise by laboring their bodies physically. Vitamin B2

Vitamin B2 popularly called riboflavin is an important supplement required for proper functioning of the thyroid gland in the human body. This vitamin is primarily responsible for the effective regulation of body metabolism. And in order to maintain healthy body weight, it is very important to keep its up to mark. Therefore ingesting decent quantities of vitamin B2 is important for both men as well as women because it helps in the conversion of carbohydrates into glucose to release energy from it. Vitamin B2 needs to be regularly taken in the body as it is water soluble and hence can be easily drained out of the body. Women only above 19 years of age can take this supplement in quantities upto 1.1 milligrams a day and feeding mothers up to 1.6 milligrams.

Vitamin B5

Vitamin B5 known as pantothetic acid, greatly helps in burning off body fat and formation of energy to be used by the body. It does this by breaking down carbohydrates and fats to convert them into this usable energy. Consuming enough vitamin B5 also helps in the reduction of triglycerides in the human body. Among women seeking weight loss, the ones above 19 years need to intake  5 milligrams daily and those breastfeeding need to take 7 milligrams everyday.
