Benefits of Vitamin B1:

Vitamin B1 is required by the human body to maintain a smooth flow of blood formation and circulation. It is also essential for the metabolism of carbohydrates in the human body.

Vitamin B1 plays a pivotal role in the digestion process as it manufactures hydrochloric acid. It is prescribed for varying ailments such as arthritis, depression, infertility, and cataract.
