Please note that habits such as sedentary lifestyle, smoking, alcohol, irregular sleeping hours, and diet not on time, should find no place in the life of a bodybuilder.

In short, it must be remembered that only a healthy diet can make a healthy body and one who does not value the importance of a healthy diet is himself to be blamed for his health ailments.
