Prevent Photo Aging before people tell you
Photo Aging can be described as damage to the skin caused by long hours in the sun. This damage results in high levels of UV (ultra-violet) radiation and can be easily characterized by appearance of wrinkles, spots, and jaundice-like symptoms, and can even lead to skin cancers. Despite the fact that skin cancer is considered to be one of the most life and personality endangering health risk, people still think that they are ‘invincible’ until one day when they see something else in the mirror. It is really surprising to see how people can play with their own health when they know that their body can take a big toll in lack of proper health care.
If you want to protect yourself from the harmful effects of photo aging then you need to observe a high sense of care and diligence. Wear sunscreen at all possible times irrespective of the weather conditions. Have a close look at the SPF rating of your sunscreen. It is interesting to note that here that the SPF (Sun Protection Factor) rating decides the time and level of damage to skin than untreated skin. For example – A sunscreen with a SPF rating of 30 will mean that the UV rays will take 30 times longer to reach and damage your skin than untreated skin.

Fact: Most sunglasses do not provide the benefit of UV protection and by using them; their users are actually promoting eye damage as these glasses allow pupil dilation because of shading and easy access to damaging rays to enter the eyes.
