How to Control Anger?
Feelings are expressed by human through showing their emotions in many different ways. Anger is one of them which can be noticed very easily in a person when he is irritated with some act or some person. It is a natural emotional state that varies in moderation from a gentle frustration to strong anger and temper which can get really destructive some times.
Causes of anger can be both external and internal actions. One can be angry at a specific human (Boss, Friend) or events like late trains, delays in getting an order or traffic jam, worrying about personal problems. Recollections of distressing or painful actions can also generate angry feelings.
Normally we show our anger in aggressive manner that can harm and hurt our relationship with a concerned person. We need to show our anger in an assertive way by making the other know about our needs and concerns through respectful manner rather than hurting them, physically or emotionally.
The best ways to hold your anger is stop thinking about that subject that is bothering you, and changes your focus on something positive.
You can calm yourself by doing some following things:
· Take deep breath and back count from 20 to 0
· Go away from that environment physically and emotionally.
· Try to exert yourself by going on walk or running in the open area like garden.
· Do the activity which you enjoy like painting, dancing or listening music.
· Watch funny movies or cartoons
· Staying happy in every possible situation
