Yoga is also helpful when it comes to reducing the levels of anxiety, depression, pulse rate, EMG activity, glucose, and cholesterol (total, LDL, VLDL). Yoga is also found to be effective in treating health complications such as arthritis, arteriosclerosis, chronic fatigue, respiratory problems, high blood pressure, pain management, diabetes, AIDS, asthma, and obesity to name a few.

In addition to all these benefits, Yoga is also helpful for making the body more flexible and relaxed even during a stressful environment, which is commonly associated with today’s busy lives.
